2 Installation and Setup
The GEOS SDK runs on a Windows NT workstation (version 3.51 or later). The SDK also requires a perl interpreter (a shareware copy is provided on the CD-ROM) and the Borland C/C++ compiler, version 4.0 or later. (We recommend versions 4.X over 5.0; see Compiling GEOS Applications .)
