Viewing the Status of the Expansion Drawer Components

Use the Expansion Drawer Component Information dialog to view the status of all of the expansion drawer components.

Note:

To physically locate the expansion drawer, click Locate Enclosure on the Expansion Drawer Component Information dialog to activate the LED or LEDs for the expansion drawer.

  1. In the Physical pane, click the Expansion Drawer Components icon .

    If one or more components in the do not show an status, the Expansion Drawer Components icon in the Physical pane reflects a

  2. In the left pane, select a component to view more information. If you see in the Physical pane, use this dialog to obtain more information about the potential problem. Then run the Recovery Guru, and take the recommended action to correct the problem.These icons are examples of Normal status indicators and indicators.

  3. Click Close.
