Subject:	Aurora floppy patch

Enclosed is a floppy containing the patch required to add support for the Aurora floppy drive to 
the Solaris 1.0.1 SPARCbook Version B operating system. Install this patch before proceeding 
with Aurora's installation procedure. To install this patch, login as root and do the following:

        1) Install the sys cluster using /usr/etc/install/add_clusters. (See pages 249-251 
           of the SPARCbook 1 Users Guide, Issue 2, P/N 980 001.)

        2) There is a known problem when installing the sys cluster. The work-around for it is to 
           remove the sun4 directory, and link tadpole_s1 to sun4. This can be done by issuing 
           the following commands:

                # cd /sys
                # rm -r sun4
                # ln -s tadpole_s1 sun4

        3) Change to the root directory using the following command:

                # cd /

        4) Install the patch files using the following command: 

                # rsh server_name dd if=/dev/rfd0a bs=18k | tar xvfpBb - 36

           Where server_name is the machine that has a floppy drive. You must have that 
           system's name and internet address in your /etc/hosts file, and that system must 
           have the necessary files configured to allow you to access the floppy drive.

Proceed with the Aurora floppy installation procedure.
