Instructions for installing poptool.s2 and popread.s2:

Change to binary ftp mode and get from server
Copy each to /usr/openwin/bin dropping the .s2 extensions
Change permissions to 755 (-rwxr-xr-x) and ownership to "root"
Incorporate into the "Programs" workspace (if you want).         
Halt and reboot.
