Applet !Label
-------------

Automate the printing of individual labels onto sheets of labels.

First select the text in a document that you wish to print on a label.
Typically this might be the name and address at the top of a letter. Note
that if you do not select any text, the 'Label' option will remain shaded.

Now choose from the 'Label' submenu the template that corresponds to the
size and format of the labels you are using. A number of standard label
templates are provided, but you can add your own (see below).

The number at the top of the 'Label' submenu refers to the position of the
label on the sheet. It is automatically incremented after each label is
printed.

Note that the applet remembers the chosen label template and position, so
you normally only need to set them once.

To print a label, select the text and click on 'Label' or use the button bar
button (disabled). The chosen template will be loaded and the selected text
transferred into the correct position on the sheet. Now print the template
document in the usual way, and close it afterwards.

Label templates should be saved as DDL files in the directory
!OvnPro.Applets.!Label.Stationery. Each label should contain a Mail Merge
field whose number corresponds to the position of the label on the sheet.

Installing Applets
------------------
In order to use this Applet, it must be copied into the !OvnPro.Applets
directory and then Ovation Pro must be re-run.

Applets may be enabled/disabled by double-clicking over them. When disabled,
an Applet's name is suffixed with a '-'.

Ovation Pro must be re-run after enabling/disabling any Applets.
