About AutoClient

Solstice AutoClient^TM provides a centralized administration model using name services to reduce costs. By centralizing system configuration information, Solstice AutoClient eliminates the need for client backups, installations, and software management on the desktop.

Requirements for AdminSuite

Operating System

Solstice AdminSuite supports administration of the following Solaris operating environments:

Solaris 2.3, 2.4, 2.5, 2.5.1, or 2.6 for SPARC^TM platforms
Solaris 2.4 or 2.5 for x86 platforms

Solstice AdminSuite 2.3 is co-packaged with the Solaris Operating System Application and Enterprise servers. Solstice AdminSuite is also available for Solaris 2.3, 2.4, 2.5 and 2.6 server customers for a nominal charge.

Minimum System Configuration

48 MB RAM recommended.
