This one-day seminar is designed for technical professionals who need to

Introduction to Windows NT Programming
     
A 2.5 days course for those who need to learn NT Windowing programming 
quickly and effectively. It  gives participants a hands-on introduction 
to writing and debugging window programs on the Windows NT operating system. 
Participants will learn how to develop applications with menus, dialogboxes, 
child windows, etc. It is also recommended as a preparation for the

This four-day course is aimed at application developers and programmers 
already familiar with Microsoft Windows programming, who need practical
skills for application development in the Windows NT environment.
	
The course covers practical aspects of Windows NT programming, such as the

Installation and Start-up Services

   Full installation and integration of multivendor desktop systems -- both 
   hardware and software.  These services are available for PC-based 
   hardware and software, including network operating system software for 
   both server and client, operating systems, application software, PCs, 
   servers, terminals, Network Interface Cards, and other hardware options. 
   This service also includes orientation for system administrators, 
   information for system managers and/or users.

   This service is targeted at customers, end users and/or technical support 
   staff, including network support personnel and system managers.

User Support Service 

   To ensure that customers take maximum advantage of their Windows NT 
   environment, Digital's user support services provide round-the-clock 
   telephone advisory support.  This support is available today on selected 
   PC-based applications, utilities, and operating systems in either a 
   standalone or networked configuration.

   These services are targeted at a wide range of information users from the 
   novice to the most sophisticated.


Help Desk Support Service

   As with end users, customers' technical support can also benefit from 
   Digital's round-the-clock telephone advisory expertise.  Help Desk 
   Support Service provides just that, with electronic services that include 
   call logging and access to Digital's symptom/solution databases.  This 
   support covers selected PC-based networks, operating systems, utilities, 
   and applications.

   This service offering is designed for technical support staff including 
   network managers, system managers, and help-desk personnel. Unlike 
   Digital's User Support Service, this service is not designed to provide 
   end users with direct access to Digital's Customer Support Centers.

Migration Services 

   To help customers take maximum advantage of their existing and 
   prospective investments, Digital offers industry leading Migration 
   Services -- including porting, converting, re-engineering and  
   applications integration.  Digital will work with the customer to 
   integrate Windows NT into a portable, interoperable, and distributed 
   computing environment.

LAN Design Services

   on-site technical expertise to design and configure Digital and 
   non Digital networks. The area of expertise covered may include network 
   design, performance analysis and system tuning, system management 
   support, capacity planning, software upgrade planning, and on-site 
   software assistance.
 
   This service is designed for customers lacking the necessary network 
   expertise, or for technical support staff, including network support 
   personnel and system managers, who need to augment their expertise with 
   Digital's network consultants.
