SYMPTOMS
========

When you print a Works version 3.0 Database file in report view with the
fields sized to the length of the field names, the printout of the field
names may be truncated. This occurs with any font and on any printer.

CAUSE
=====

This occurs because the field names appear in plain type in report
view, but they print as boldface type.

RESOLUTION
==========

To avoid truncated field names when printed, do the following:

1. From the Report menu, select the report.

2. Increase field (column) width by placing the mouse pointer on the
   right boundary of the field name. It becomes a sizing tool. Hold the
   mouse button down and drag the field to the right. The field should
   be at least two spaces wider than the field name.

MORE INFORMATION
================
