To print continuous labels to an ImageWriter from a Works Database
file, do the following:

 1. Open the database.

 2. From the Form menu, choose New Form and enter a form name.

 3. Click Custom Size.

    To determine the Height:

Measure from the top of one label to the top of the next label.
Type the height in the Height box.

    To determine the Width:

    a. Single column labels: Type the measurement of the width of the
       label in the Width box.

    b. Multiple column labels: Measure from the left edge of first label
to the left edge of the next. Type the width in the Width box.

 4. Click the Fields button. Select the field(s) you want to place on
the form and click the Place button. To select more than one field,
hold down the SHIFT key and select the desired fields. Click OK to
exit the Auto Place Fields dialog box. Click OK to exit the New/Set
    Up Form dialog box.

 5. Once the fields have been properly placed and formatted, choose
Data View from the Form menu.

 6. From the File Menu, choose Page Setup. Select the appropriate paper
    size:

     - US Letter (8.5" x 11") for multiple column labels
     - Int'l Fanfold: (8.5" x 12") for single column labels

Select No Gaps Between Pages. Make sure Tall Adjusted is not
    selected.

    Orientation should be Portrait.

 7. Click the Document button:

    a. For single column labels, set the margins as follows:

        Top/Bottom: 0.00 inches

Left: 0.25 inches (This may be adjusted to match
the label position on the printer platen.)

Right: The difference between the label width plus the
left margin and the selected page width.

For example, if your label width is 4.0 inches,
your left margin is 0.25 inches and your page
width is 8.5 inches, the right margin should be:

                    8.5 - (4.0 + 0.25) = 4.25 inches

    b. For multiple column labels, set the margins as follows:

Top: Measure from the top of the page to the top
of the first row of labels.

Bottom: Measure from the bottom of the page to the
bottom of the last row of labels.

Left: 0.25 inches (This may be adjusted to match
the label position on the printer platen.)

Right: Measure from the right edge of the last column
of labels to the right edge of the paper.

Click OK to exit the Document dialog box, then click OK
again to exit the Page Setup dialog Box.

 8. From the File menu, choose Print.

 9. In the Print dialog box, choose the options you want.

10. From the File menu, choose Print.

The Horizontal and Vertical boxes under Space Between Forms (accessed
by choosing the Document button from the Page Setup dialog box) are
unavailable (dimmed) if the database is in design view. You need to be
in data view to enter these values. You may need to enter horizontal
and vertical spacing measurements if, in step 3, you entered the
height and width measurement of the label rather than following the
steps as outlined.
