SYMPTOMS
========
In version 2.1 of Microsoft Mail for PC Networks, the External Mail
program truncates or loses large messages, sometimes returning only
the subject field of the header.

CAUSE
=====
The computer running the External Mail program does not have enough
available conventional memory space to handle the message.

STATUS
======
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in version 2.1 of Microsoft
Mail for PC Networks. This problem was corrected in version 3.0, so that
too-large messages are returned to the sender.
