SYMPTOMS
========

The Hewlett-Packard (HP) DeskJet 1200c printer driver that is supplied
by HP, does not add support for viewing TrueType fonts in print
preview in Word for MS-DOS.

RESOLUTION
==========

To add TrueType support for print preview, install the HP LaserJet 4
printer driver (HP4.PRD) and use the HP4.PRF file to replace the .PRF
file for the DeskJet. Use the following instructions to perform this
procedure:

1. Use the Word Setup program to install the HP LaserJet 4 (HP4.PRD)
   printer driver.

2. At the MS-DOS command prompt, change to the Word program directory.

3. At the MS-DOS command prompt, type the following to rename the
   HP4.PRF to DSK1200A.PRF:

      ren hp4.prf dsk1200a.prf

4. At the MS-DOS command prompt, type the following to delete the
   HP4.PRD file:

      del hp4.prd
