SYMPTOMS
========

If you copy two or more scaled pictures that are separated by a
distance and paste them as a picture, your images are distorted and
may end up being cropped.

Steps to Reproduce Problem
--------------------------

 1. Run Microsoft Publisher 2.0.

 2. Choose Start From Scratch and under Select A Page Layout, select
    Full Page.

 3. From the File menu, choose Import Picture and import a CGM file
    (for example 2GIRLS.CGM).

 4. From the Format menu, choose Scale Picture and chance the Scale
Height and Scale Width settings to 10%.

 5. Select the picture and choose Copy Picture Frame from the Edit
    menu.

 6. From the Edit menu, choose Paste Object(s) to copy and paste a
    second copy of the image.

 7. Position the graphics so they are lined up either vertically or
    horizontally, approximately 3 inches apart.

 8. Select both images.

 9. From the Edit menu, choose Copy Object(s).

10. From the Edit menu, choose Paste Special and select Paste as
    Picture.

The frame will be the correct size but the graphic will be distorted
and one of the graphics may be cropped or may disappear.
