   2.0c
 - Microsoft Windows operating system versions 3.0 and 3.1

SYMPTOMS
========

The Number Records macro in the Word versions 2.x for Windows
DATAFILE.DOT template may fail to completely number records in a data
file if the contents of one row is larger vertically than your editing
window.

When there is too much vertical space in a row, the Number Records
macro will not scroll to the next cell properly. The insertion point
will remain in the first large cell and continually renumber that
cell. You must press ESC to abort the renumbering process.

WORKAROUND
==========

Adjust the column width of any field containing a large amount of
information so that no rows are larger vertically than the editing
window.
