Problem:
Contrary to the documentation, the negative range of double
precision complex numbers is 1X10**-154. Attempts to use greater
negative numbers results in a real math overflow at runtime.

Response:
Microsoft confirmed this to be a problem in Version 3.20 of the
FORTRAN compiler.
The problem was corrected in Version 3.30.
