The lineCompleteCall provides a mechanism for the Telephony application
programming interface (TAPI) application to request the TAPI service
provider to complete a call that could not be completed normally. By
specifying LINECALLCOMPLMODE_INTRUDE, the TAPI application requests that
the service provider add the call to an existing call at the called station
(barge in). At this point, the service provider should consider the call to
be complete and transition it to the CONNECTED state. Once this transition
has occurred, lineUncompleteCall becomes impossible and a lineDrop must be
invoked to drop the call.
