SUMMARY
=======
The following error message appears if the [MCI] CD Audio driver is
not installed in Windows or the installed driver is corrupt:
   Failed to open CD-Audio device driver. Please check that CD-Audio is
   installed. For more information, see Read Me.

MORE INFORMATION
================
To install or remove and reinstall the [MCI] CD-Audio driver, follow
these steps:
1. Open Control Panel (usually located in the Main group of Program
   Manager).
2. Choose the Drivers icon.
3. In the Installed Drivers list, check for an existing [MCI] CD Audio
   driver:
     a. If there isn't an [MCI] CD Audio driver, continue with step 11.
     b. If there is an [MCI] CD Audio driver installed, select it and
        click the Remove button, then continue with step 4.
4. Choose Yes when the following message appears:
      "Are you sure you want to remove the [MCI] CD Audio driver?"
5. Select Don t Restart Now.
6. Exit Windows.
7. Delete MCICDA.DRV from the Windows SYSTEM subdirectory.
8. Restart Windows.
9. Re-open Control Panel (usually located in the Main group of Program
   Manager).
10. Choose the Drivers icon.
11. Choose Add.
12. From the List Of Drivers list, select [MCI] CD Audio and choose OK or
    press ENTER.
13. Follow the resulting directions.
