SUMMARY
=======
In Word for Windows, you can add a graphic or logo to every label on a
sheet of labels by manually typing the INCLUDEPICTURE field in the Address
box in the Tools Envelopes And Labels dialog box.

MORE INFORMATION
================
Use one of the procedures below to add a graphic to each mailing label.

Method 1: Insert an INCLUDEPICTURE Field
          ------------------------------
          a. From the Tools menu, choose Envelopes And Labels.
          b. Select the Labels tab.
          c. Position the insertion point in the Address box.
          d. Press CTRL+F9 to insert field brackets, and then type the
             INCLUDEPICTURE field information between the field brackets.
             For example, to add the APPLE.WMF graphic to your labels,
             press CTRL+F9 and then type the following
                includepicture c:\\winword\\clipart\\apple.wmf
             where C:\WINWORD is the location of your Word for Windows
             program directory.
             Note: If the graphic is located on your local hard drive, and
             if you do not plan to use the file from another computer, you
             can add the Link To Picture (\d) switch in the INCLUDEPICTURE
             field to decrease the size of your labels document. When you
             use the \d switch, Word does not store the graphic data with
             the document.
          e. Choose the New Document button.
          f. Select the entire document.
          g. Press F9 to update the fields.

Method 2: Insert a Text Box
          -----------------
          Add the graphic to your labels using Method 1 above. In the
          resulting labels document, choose the Text Box button on the
          Drawing toolbar to insert a text box in each label. In the text
          box, type the label text.
          Note: Once you create one label using this method, use the Copy
          and Paste commands to reproduce the label on the entire page.
