SYMPTOMS
========
When you attempt to install PowerPoint 3.0 for Windows on a computer
that already has PowerPoint 4.0 installed on it, you will receive
the following error message:

   Script or DLL has been corrupted. Unable to load dialog
   template 'mscuistf.dll:0'.

This error occurs when PowerPoint 3.0 Setup encounters a later
version of the file POWERPNT.EXE.

RESOLUTION
==========
To allow PowerPoint 3.0 to install correctly, you can perform the
following steps:
1. In File Manager, double-click the Folder icon that represents
   your PowerPoint 4.0 directory.
2. In the PowerPoint 4.0 directory, select the file called
   POWERPNT.EXE. Choose Rename from the File menu.
3. In the File Rename dialog box, type a name such as POWERPNT.BAK
   in the To field.
4. Choose OK, then exit File Manager.

You will now be able to install PowerPoint 3.0 successfully. After
