SYMPTOM
=======
 
Table shading in a Word document does not print to a DeskWriter or
DeskWriter C.
 
CAUSE
=====
 
This may occur if the Quality option is set to Normal or Draft, and you are
using an earlier version of the DeskWriter printer driver, such as version
2.0, 3.0 or 3.1. (To locate the Quality setting, choose Print from the File
menu.)
 
RESOLUTIONS
===========
 
Method 1: Set Quality in the Print dialog box to Best.
 
Method 2: Install the DeskWriter version 3.9 or 5.0 printer driver. From
          the File Menu, choose Print, and select Print In Grayscale to
          print table shading in Normal or Best Quality.
