SYMPTOMS
========

In Microsoft Project, when you view your project in print preview,
and you choose the Multiple Pages button, the PAGE UP and PAGE DOWN
keys do not scroll to continuous pages in the project.

For example, if page 5 is the last page on the screen in print
preview with multiple pages, when you press PAGE DOWN, the page
displayed at the top of the screen is not page 6.

CAUSE
=====

When you use the Multiple Pages button to view your project in print
preview, the project scrolls down one-fifth of the total number of pages in
the project at a time when you press the PAGE UP or PAGE DOWN keys. For
example, if your project contains 100 pages, the project scrolls down 20
pages when you press the DOWN ARROW key. Depending on the size of your
Microsoft Project application window, this may not allow continuous
scrolling in Print Preview.

WORKAROUND
==========

To scroll through your project in more detail when you view it in
multiple pages in print preview, use the direction keys or the scroll
bar to scroll through the project.

STATUS
======
