SYMPTOM
=======

When using the Drop Cap feature, the top edge of the drop cap character may
not line up with the top edge of the first line of the adjacent paragraph.

This problem may be more pronounced in certain fonts, point sizes, and
paragraph spacing.

WORKAROUNDS
===========

Method 1: To line up the drop cap character with the first line in the
          adjacent paragraph, format the drop cap character with the
          superscript or subscript character format:

          a. Select the drop cap character.
          b. From the Format menu, choose Character.
          c. In the By box, under Position, enter the value, in points, to
             adjust the drop cap character. Choose the Superscript or
             Subscript button to raise or lower the drop cap character the
             specified value. Choose OK.

Method 2: Use a different font. For example, if the problem is occurring
          with the New York font, try using Times instead.
