SYMPTOMS
========
The Newsletter PageWizard design assistant includes an option that affects
whether or not the PageWizard will create a mailing label on the back page.
The option asks:

   Will you be printing or copying on both sides of the paper?

If you select Yes, the next dialog box asks you:

   Do you want a back cover that has room for a mailing label?

However, if you select No under the option for printing or copying on both
sides of the paper, the PageWizard skips the dialog box that asks you about
the mailing label, and continues creating a publication without the mailing
label on the back page.

RESOLUTION
==========
If you want the PageWizard to format the back page for a mailing label,
select the Yes option when asked "Do you want a back cover that has room
for a mailing label?" and continue.
