SYMPTOMS
========

In Microsoft Project, when you save a project file to the Hewlett-Packard
(HP) OmniBook 300 using the Laplink remote, you receive the following error
message:

   Cannot write file. Retry? Cancel?

WORKAROUND
==========

To save a project file to the OmniBook 300, you must save the file to
another available file format (such as MPX4, MPX3, CSV, DBF4, or XLS).

Note that in Microsoft Project, you can open a file that is located on the
OmniBook 300 using the Laplink remote; however, you cannot save the file to
the Microsoft Project file format on the OmniBook 300 from the remote
computer.

NOTE: This problem does not occur with other Microsoft applications, such
as Microsoft Excel version 5.0 and Microsoft Word version 6.0.
