SYMPTOMS
========

When you receive a fax cover sheet with Microsoft At Work PC Fax, you do
not receive the Time and Date stamp. All other information is correctly
displayed on the fax cover sheet, but the Time and Date stamp is missing.

CAUSE
=====

The [Intl] section of the WIN.INI file is corrupted or does not have the
proper entries. Here is an example of the proper entries:
