SYMPTOMS
========
 
When you are running multiple applications, one of the applications appears
to pause when you move or resize the window of another program.
 
RESOLUTION
==========
 
Enabling the Full Window Drag/Size option allows 16-bit and 32-bit
applications to continue updating their screens as other application
windows are being moved or resized.
 
To enable the Full Window Drag/Size option, perform the following steps:
 
1. Add the following setting to the WIN.INI file:
 
       [Windows]
       ILoveBunny32=1
 
2. Restart Windows.
 
3. Click the Start button, point to Settings, and then click Control
   Panel.
 
4. Double-click the Display icon, and click the Settings tab.
 
5. Select the Full Window Drag/Size option. (When enabled, this
   check box displays a check mark.)
 
NOTE: To have access to this setting, you can also use the right
(secondary) mouse button to click the desktop and then click Properties.
