SYMPTOMS
========
 
When you copy and paste data from a database into a Spreadsheet or
Word Processor document, the field name will be included with the
data.
 
For example, if you have a field in the database titled "Name" and you
select and copy a cell from it containing the text "Jane Doe," the
following will appear when you paste the text into a Spreadsheet or
Word Processor document:
 
   Name
   Jane Doe
 
RESOLUTION
==========
 
To avoid this problem, hold down the OPTION key when you choose Paste
from the Edit menu. The pasted text will appear without the field
name, as follows:
 
   Jane Doe
