The documentation for the otmItalicAngle member of the OUTLINETEXTMETRIC
structure states that the angle is in degrees. This is incorrect. The angle
is in tenths of a degree.

Therefore, the full definition of this member should resemble the
following:

   Specifies the main italic angle of the font, in counterclockwise 1/10
   degrees from vertical. Regular (roman) fonts have a value of zero.
   Italic fonts typically have a negative italic angle (that is, they lean
   to the right).

For example, a font with an otmItalicAngle of -120 would lean 12 degrees to
the right.
