SYMPTOMS
========
Some of the .AVI files in Ancient Lands display with inappropriate
patches or areas of gray. The files that exhibit this problem include
the following:
 - ICLAUD.AVI: Skin and hair tones look gray.
 - BARRABAS.AVI: Skin shows blotches of gray, causing a metallic or
   reflective look.
 - PAPYRUS.AVI: The scroll near the end of the clip looks mostly gray.
 - CLEOPAT.AVI: Areas of the carpet in front of the throne are gray.
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Ancient Lands version
1.0. We are researching this problem and will post new information
here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
