BUG# 10094 (4.2)

SYMPTOMS
========

A DB-Library client connecting and disconnecting from a server name that
has a connection string defined in the Microsoft Windows NT registry will
gradually leak memory. If the server name specified in the call to
dbopen() does not have a connection string defined in the registry, no
memory loss will occur.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in DB-Library version 4.2. We
are researching this problem and will post new information here in the
Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
