create a #10 business-size envelope, and print to either the Hewlett-
Packard (HP) DeskJet 520, 550c, and 560c printer with the HP DeskJet 4.x
driver installed, it is crucial that specific settings and steps are
followed.

To successfully print envelopes to any of the above listed printers
using the Envelope PageWizard design assistant, follow these steps:

 1. Ensure the HP DeskJet is set as the default in the Windows Control
    Panel.
 2. Run Publisher.
 3. Choose Use A PageWizard Assistant.
 4. Under the Select An Assistant option, choose Envelope.
 5. Choose OK.
 6. Choose the Next button in each of the next two dialog boxes.
 7. Select the Business option and choose Next.
 8. Fill in the name and address on the next series of windows, and
    click Next on each one to advance to the next window.
 9. When you are asked for a style, choose any style you like and
    choose the Next button.
10. In the Logo window, make any choice and choose the Next button.
11. In the destination address window, decide what you want, and choose
    the Next button.
12. In the next window, choose which additional items you would like on
    your envelope, and choose the Next button.
13. When you are asked what kind of printer you will be using to print
    this envelope, choose "A printer that's not an HP DeskJet", and
    choose the Next button.
14. When you are asked whether the narrow side or the wide side of the
    envelope enters the printer first, choose Narrow, and choose the
    Next button.
15. When you are asked on which side of the printer the envelopes
    enter, select Right side, and choose the Next button.
16. When you are asked if the envelope feeds into the printer flap up
    or flap down, choose Flap Up, and choose the Next button.
17. When you are asked what size envelope you want, select No. 10
    (4 1/8 x 9 1/2 in), and choose the Next button.
18. Choose the Create It button.
19. Choose the OK button.
20. From the File menu, choose Print Setup.
21. Under Paper Size, change the paper size to Envelope #10 4 1/8 x 9
    1/2, then choose OK. (Leave the Source set to In Tray, and the
    Orientation set to Landscape.)
22. Place the envelope in the feed tray with the flap up and the flap
    on the right as shown on the printer chassis.
23. Print the envelope.
