SYMPTOMS
========

If the last section break in an AutoText entry is a Continuous section
break, it may become a Next Page section break when you insert it in a Word
for Windows document.

CAUSE
=====

If you insert the AutoText entry in the last section of the document, or if
your document contains only one section, Word changes the AutoText section
break to New Page. If you insert the AutoText entry in a location other
than the last section of the document, the AutoText section break remains
Continuous.

WORKAROUNDS
===========

Method 1: After you insert the AutoText entry, reformat the section break
          for Continuous by doing the following:

          1. Position the insertion point in the section you want to
             change. That is, position the insertion point below the last
             section break you inserted with the AutoText entry.

          2. From the File menu, choose Page Setup.

          3. Select the Layout tab.

          4. In the Section Start list, select Continuous and then choose
             OK.

Method 2: Insert the AutoText entry above the last section break in your
          document.
