1. Q. When I print my PowerPoint 4.0 documents, it appears as if
the text is shifting to the lower-right corner of the page. What
can I do to resolve this?

   A. When text or objects print as if they have been shifted, try
turning off background printing to resolve this problem by
      performing the following three-step procedure:

      1. From the Apple menu, choose Chooser.

      2. Select your printer icon on the left side of the Chooser
         window.

      3. On the right side of the window, you should see the option to
turn off background printing. Choose Off and close Chooser.

2. Q. I imported a graphic into PowerPoint, and it displays correctly on
my screen; however, when I print the graphic, PowerPoint
substitutes the font for Courier. What can I do to print this
      correctly?

   A. If your imported graphic prints with substituted text formatting,
try to download the font by following these three steps:

      1. Remove the graphic from the PowerPoint slide.

      2. Type at least one character formatted with the desired font on
         the PowerPoint slide.

      3. Reinsert the graphic into the PowerPoint slide.

The graphic should now print with the correct font.
