 SYMPTOMS
 ========

 The Capital Gains amount on a Tax Form Report may be duplicated if the
 Short Term and Long Term Capital Gains subcategories have been
 assigned to the same tax form line. For example, if both Long Term
 Capital Gains and Short Term Capital Gains are assigned to tax form
 "Schedule 1040" and tax form line "Other Income-misc," the Capital
 Gains information will be duplicated on the Tax Form Report.

 RESOLUTION
 ==========

 To correct this problem, assign the Long Term Capital gains
 subcategory and the Short Term subcategory to different tax form lines.
