SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to create a new WorksWizards document in
Microsoft Works version 4.0 for the Macintosh, you may receive
the following error message:

The WorksWizard could not be opened or is missing necessary
   resources.

You will also notice the window labeled Select a WorksWizard
will be empty. This error message will appear when the WorksWizard
folder is in the wrong location.

RESOLUTION
==========

Try one of the following solutions.

Solution 1
----------

To correct this problem do the following:

 1. Quit Microsoft Works.

 2. Move the WorksWizard folder into the following location:

Microsoft Works 4.0 folder: Tools folder

NOTE: The names of the WorksWizard and the Tools folders must
    be spelled correctly.

 3. Start Microsoft Works and create a new WorksWizard document.

Solution 2

This error message may also result if the Microsoft Works 4.0 application
