SYMPTOMS
========

The Movie command may be unavailable (dimmed) in the Insert menu.

If you have started your system with the QuickTime extension disabled, or
if you have an earlier version of the QuickTime extension installed, then
you will be unable to insert a movie into a Microsoft Works 4.0 document.

Microsoft Works 4.0 requires that version 1.6 or greater of the QuickTime
extension be installed to insert a QuickTime movie.

RESOLUTION
==========

You can obtain the QuickTime 1.6 extension from Apple or you may be able to
download it from an online service such as America Online, or CompuServe.
For more information, contact Apple.
