 - Microsoft Schedule+ for Windows, version 1.0
-----------------------------------------------------------------------

To simplify the process of setting up the distribution settings in the
Schedule+ Admin program for multiple postoffices, use the following
procedure:

1. Follow the instructions on pages 17 to 24 ("Setting Up Dynamic
Postoffice Connection" through "Changing the Frequency and Scope of
Information Sent") of the Microsoft Schedule+ for Windows
"Administrator's Guide" to set up the distribution settings for the
   postoffices on postoffice A.
NOTE: Regarding the information on page 21 of the Schedule+
"Administrator's Guide" ("Adding and Removing Postoffices from the
Distribution List"), you can only add postoffices to the Distribution
Settings window in the Schedule+ Administrator program if the
postoffices are defined with the following conditions:
   a. The postoffices must be defined by External Admin with ADMIN.EXE.
   b. The postoffices defined by External Admin with ADMIN.EXE must also
have an ADMINSCH mailbox (or account).
2. Rename the MAILDATA\CAL\ADMIN.PRF file on postoffice B. (If the
ADMIN.PRF file does not exist on this postoffice, run Schedule+ Admin to
create one, and then rename it.)
3. Copy the ADMIN.PRF file from postoffice A (the postoffice on which you
set up the original dynamic connections).
4. Run Schedule+ Admin on postoffice B.
5. Add postoffice A to the Dynamic Connections information.
