SYMPTOMS
========

When you run Microsoft Works 4.0, under System 7.5, the computer
stops responding (hangs) when choosing Object from the Insert menu.

WORKAROUND
==========

OLE objects such as Microsoft WordArt can still be accessed using
the following steps:

1. Click the OLE object tool on the tool palette.

2. From the list, choose the type of object you would like to insert.

3. Move the mouse pointer over the top of your open document. The mouse
   pointer will change to a plus symbol.

4. Click and drag the mouse to draw a box within the document. This
   opens the Object dialog box with the options to create the object.
