1. Q. Every time I restart my machine I have items in my trash can. How
      do I get rid of them?
 
   A. To remove the items in the trash can, choose Empty Trash from
      the Special menu. This problem has been corrected in Works version

2. Q. When I start Works 4.0, the error message tells me I don't have

         Not enough memory to run OLE with Works. Try quitting other
         open applications, or reducing system memory requirements and
         restarting your computer.

      assign more memory to Works by performing the following four

      To assign more memory to Works 4.0 for the Macintosh:
 
      1. If Works is running, choose Quit from the File menu.

      4. In the Preferred Size box, enter a larger number.
 
4. Q. It takes a long time to save a Works 4.0 Database document. How
      can I resolve this?
