The problem is caused by the following:

 - This problem occurs when your computer is unable to decompress the
   files on the floppy disk.

it has a slow processor. For example, you might see this error occur
on a computer with a 286 processor and 4 megabytes (MB) of RAM, or a
on a computer with a 386 processor and 2 MB of RAM.

   -or-

 - There is a virus on the system.

RESOLUTIONS
===========

Follow the resolution that applies to your problem.

Your Computer Is Unable to Decompress the Files on the Floppy Disk
------------------------------------------------------------------

Try one of the following:

1. On a computer with a 386 processor and 2 MB of RAM, try running
Windows in 386 enhanced mode by typing "win /3" (without the
quotation marks) at an MS-DOS command prompt. If this is successful,
the computer probably has available less than the 1024K of extended
memory required for Windows to default to 386 enhanced mode on
startup. Verify that you are running an extended memory manager
(HIMEM.SYS is the extended memory manager that comes with Windows
3.1). If so, you should free up extended memory so that Windows can
   default to 386 enhanced mode.

   -or-

2. You can resolve this situation by sending in your coupon for the
3.5-inch low-density (720K) disks. These disks do not use the same
disk compression and should allow you to successfully install Money.
