SYMPTOMS
========
 
When you attempt to open a Word Processing document in Works 3.0,
if the file was originally saved from Claris Works 2.0 as a Microsoft Works
2.0 document, you will receive the following error message:
 
   There is not enough memory to complete the operation. Try closing other
   documents before trying again.
 
RESOLUTION
==========
 
To resolve this problem, do either of the following:
 
 - In Claris Works, save the document in Microsoft Word 4.0 format.
   Then open the document into Works 3.0.
 
    -or-
 
 - Open the document in Works version 4.0
