SYMPTOMS
========
 
The Interstate Shield and Highway Markers may print as a solid shape
without the numeric identification number showing inside the shield,
or these markers may not print at all when you print a map to a Canon BJC
600, BJC 600C, BJC 4000, or BJC 6000 printer.
 
RESOLUTION
==========
 
The Canon BJC series printers print the clearest and most complete
maps when the printer is set to Screen-Matched Color with the font
size in Road Atlas set to large.
 
To set the printer to print using Screen-Matched Color:
 
1. From the Automap File menu, choose Print.
 
2. Choose Setup.
 
3. Select Screen-Matched Color from the Print Color drop-down menu.
 
4. Choose OK.
 
To set the font size to large:
 
1. From the Map menu, choose Font.
 
2. In the Font Type dialog box, select Large.
 
3. Choose OK.
