SYMPTOMS
========

When printing from Automap Road Atlas, Pro, or Streets to a Hewlett-
Packard (HP) LaserJet 4 series printer, "Print Overrun 21" appears in the
printers display.

CAUSE
=====

The LaserJet 4 printer driver is set by default to use the HPGL/2
graphic language. This language is used to download images to the
printer for rendering onto paper. Some images are too complex to
print using this language, and therefore cause the printer to generate
this error message. For more information, please refer to the Hewlett-
Packard printer manual or the Help for the printer driver.

RESOLUTION
==========

Change the printer graphics language to Raster as follows:

1. From the File menu, choose Print.

2. Select the LaserJet 4 series printer and click Setup.

3. Choose Options.

4. Change the setting for Graphics from HPGL/2 to Raster.

5. Choose OK. Choose OK again, and then choose Close.
