SUMMARY
=======

Page 364 of the Works 4.0 for the Macintosh "User's Guide" contains an
incorrect series of steps under the topic "To edit a spreadsheet object."

For clarity, the series of steps should read:

1. Double-click anywhere in the spreadsheet object to activate it.
   Works places the spreadsheet object in a separate window.

2. Make any changes you want to the information in the spreadsheet
   object.

3. Close the spreadsheet object window by clicking the box in the upper-
   left corner of the window.

To change the look of the spreadsheet object:

1. Click once anywhere in the spreadsheet object to highlight it.
   You will see object handles around the spreadsheet object.

2. From the Edit menu choose Works Spreadsheet Object and drag to
   choose Define Spreadsheet. Works display the Define Spreadsheet
   dialog box.

3. Click the options you want.

MORE INFORMATION
================

The series of steps as printed implies that you can go to the Edit menu and
choose Works Spreadsheet Object while you still have the spreadsheet window
active. You cannot choose this option with the object window active; it is
available only when there are selection handles displayed around the
object.
