SYMPTOMS
========

When you add new records to fields in a Works Database form, some
information is truncated.

CAUSE
=====

When you create a new form and use the Size Field To Data option while
inserting fields, the size of that field will be large enough to fit the
largest piece of information currently in the database for that field.

When new records are added with data in this field that is longer, the new
information will be truncated.

RESOLUTION
==========

Method 1: Create a new form. When you insert a field with the Size Field
           To Data option, the database will recognize the longest piece of
           information for that field and size accordingly.

Method 2: Modify the current form:

           a. Change to Design View.

           b. Click on the field whose information is being truncated.

           c. Delete the field by pressing the DEL key on the main
              keyboard.

           d. From the Insert menu, choose Field.

           e. Select the field to be reinserted.

           f. Select the Size Field To Data check box.

           g. Choose Insert Field.
