SYMPTOMS
========

While you use Letter Writer, some of your text or graphics may be cut off
the screen. The same behavior may occur on printouts as well. Letter Writer
will not display or print anything outside the printer driver's unprintable
region.

For example, if you have placed a graphic on the left edge of your
document and your printer cannot print anything within .5 inches of
that edge, your graphic will be truncated or hidden.

RESOLUTION
==========

Graphics
--------

Reposition your graphic inside the unprintable region where you
can see the entire graphic.

Text
----

Increase your margins to allow for the unprintable region, as follows:

1. From within a Letter Writer document, choose the Other Options
   squishy.

2. Select the Change Margins squishy.

3. Move the slider to the left towards Fits Less Text, then choose the
   button with the Check Mark.

MORE INFORMATION
================

The unprintable region is defined by your printer driver. There might
be another printer driver, which your printer can emulate, with a
smaller unprintable region. Consult your printer manual for brand
names and model numbers. For instructions on how to install the
emulated printer driver, consult your Windows manual. Also, there
might be an updated version of your printer driver that has a smaller
unprintable region. For more information, contact your printer
manufacturer.
