SYMPTOMS
========

After you turn on Stealing Mode for a quiz in GeoSafari for Bob, the Turn
On Stealing balloon overlaps the Stealing balloon, hiding part of the
description.

RESOLUTION
==========

Manually move the Turn On Stealing balloon, as follows:

1. Position the mouse pointer over one of the top corners of the
   Turn On Stealing balloon until it turns into an open hand.

2. While holding down the left mouse button, drag the balloon to
   a desired position so that it is not overlapping the description,
   and then release the mouse button.
