SYMPTOMS
========

When you are trying to print a Pay On-Line application, you may receive
one of the following error messages:

 - Is this an error? I cannot print, because the selected printer
   does not support graphics, or does not support TrueType fonts.

 - I'm sorry, I can't print the application because something's
   wrong.

 - Oops! Something appears to be wrong...I cannot print, because the
   selected printer does not support graphics, or does not support
   TrueType fonts.

CAUSE
=====

This problem can occur if you are using the Generic/Text Only printer
driver. The Generic/Text Only printer driver cannot print the fonts that
are used in the application. Bob requires a graphic printer driver.

RESOLUTION
==========

To correct this problem, you must exit Checkbook and change the default
Windows printer to a printer driver that is specifically written for, or
is compatible with, the printer you are using.
