-------------------------------------------------------------------

SYMPTOMS
========

When you define a route in Automap Pro version 1.06 to a location in
Mexico, you will be routed to a point on the Alaska panhandle. The
itinerary will route you to Canada, and the Goto Place option will return
the same result.

RESOLUTION
==========

Install Automap Pro version 1.08 or 1.09. A full installation of Automap
Pro version 1.08 or 1.09 is required to correct the problem.

MORE INFORMATION
================

This problem will occur with Automap Pro version 1.06 only. The problem is
with the map data files not with the program files. Updating the program
with the Automap Pro 1.08 or 1.09 Update disks will not correct the
problem.

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Automap Pro version
1.06. We are researching this problem and will post new information
here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
