There are two ways to change the cleared or reconciled status of a
transaction in Microsoft Bob Checkbook. You can either use the dialog
balloons or you can use a hot key.

Using Dialog Balloons
---------------------
 
To use the dialog balloons to change the status of a transaction, follow
these steps:
 
 1. In Checkbook, go to the Account Book.
 
 2. Select the transaction whose status you want to change. (To select
    the transaction, click it once in the register.)
 
 3. Choose the Change, Delete Or Schedule A Transaction squishy.
 
 4. Choose the Change It squishy.
 
 5. If you are prompted "This transaction has been reconciled do you
    really what to change it?" choose Yes.
 
 6. Choose the Change The Cleared Or Reconciled Status squishy.
 
 7. Select Clear, Reconcile It, or Do Neither and then choose the OK
    button.
 
 8. Choose the check-marked button.
 
 9. When Lexi informs you that the changes have been made, choose the
    check-marked button.
 
10. To commit your changes, choose the check-marked button.
 
Using Hot Keys
--------------
 
To use a hot key to change the status of a transaction, follow these
steps:
 
1. In Checkbook, go to the Account Book.
 
2. Select the transaction whose status you want to change. (To select
   the transaction, click it once in the register.)
 
3. Press and hold down the SHIFT key while you click the C column for
   the selected transaction. An "R" (for "reconciled") either appears
   in or is removed from the C column.
