MORE INFORMATION
================

When the IntelliPoint Snap-To feature is enabled and Microsoft
Automap Road Atlas is running, the cursor is jumpy. The problem
is because the Automap Road Atlas program has designated "hot spots,"
which vary from time to time. (A hot spot is colored text that
when clicked with your mouse moves you to a related topic.)

As a result, the IntelliPoint software interprets the change and
causes the jerky movements that are translated to the screen.

Microsoft is researching this problem and will post new information
here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
